NEUC aims to highlight the importance of a good customer experience and our ability to reach the clients wherever they are. Our goal is to change the perception of the electricity sector in Lebanon and ensure that every application is dealt with in a professional & systematic manner.
Our Customer Service department handles the activities of all of our 400,000 customers within our area of mandate. We have created 1572 as the hotline for our 24/7 call-center that allows customers to report complaints, revisions on bills, faults on the grid, as well as any other complaint related to our operations and to the services we provide.
Our Customer Support team is available around the clock to listen, record the needed information, and relay the case to the specified division for follow-up until the issue is resolved.
In addition to the call-center, the Customer Service teams in all of our divisions take care of customer applications and subscriptions in their various forms, our services includes the complete cycle that starts with receiving the application and passes through the design, measurement until the complete execution.
